All of our Liquid Chefs have at least 10 years of experience as mixologists and are state certified. Dirty Olive carries all required general liability and liquor liability insurance. As we are not an alcohol retailer, your coordinator will assist you with completing the required paperwork to obtain any permits or licenses required by your specific state and local governments.
